While watching an episode of Flash Gordon, Dale, Flash's leading lady, was consoling Flash over the discovery that his father was still missing and that what he saw was only a copy or a clone of his dad. She said, "Don't lose hope, Flash. It's only hope that keeps us going in life."
Moments later, it dawned on me that it is the key to my freedom. Now, I hope that someday I'll be with the woman who loves me as much as I love her, be with the woman who sees the best in me and appreciates the things I have to offer.
I hope that one day I'll meet the woman who will be my strength when I am down; that one day, I shall not be alone anymore.
