Joey is the lead character in the movie “Pal Joey” starring Frank Sinatra. The movie’s theme song was “That’s why the lady is a tramp.” It gives me tingles when “old blue eyes” sang that song. The tramp that he was referring to was played by an older Rita Hayworth. She still looks stunning for her age when the movie was made.
